Attorney General Catherine Cortez Masto congratulates Attorney General Evencio Nicolas Martinez Ramirez of the Mexican State of Oaxaca after signing an Agreement of Understanding. The agreement forges a partnership between Nevada and Oaxaca to share legal and educational knowledge and exchange information on best practices in the area of criminal investigations and prosecutions. Attorney General Masto previously signed Agreements with the Mexican States of Baja California and Chihuahua.
