State agencies in the State of Nevada and is prohibited
by law from giving legal advice to private citizens or
acting on any private legal matters. Please see the

on contacting other state agencies that might better
suit your needs in certain situations.
We welcome any comments or concerns from you regarding
Attorney General matters. Please be aware that we cannot
respond to communications involving current or pending
litigation. We may refer your communication to another
agency or resource that can better answer your
questions. Your communication may be subject to State
public records laws. If you would like a response from
this office, please provide your name, address and
telephone number, with your electronic inquiry and this
office will respond to you by mail.
